Roborock Store Australia Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Redemption: Roborock Store Australia Gift Cards are redeemable for products or services at  www.roborockstore.com.au.
  2. Exclusions: Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases from third-party sellers or any other platforms besides www.roborockstore.com.au.
  3. Validity: Each Gift Card is valid for a period of 36 months from the date of issue.
  4. Non-Transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.
  5. Lost or Stolen Cards: Roborock Store Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
  6. Balance Inquiry: To check the balance of your Gift Card, please log in to your account on www.roborockstore.com.au or contact our customer service team.
  7. Refunds: Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to standard return and refund policies as specified on the Refund Policy found on www.roborockstore.com.au.
  8. Amendments: Roborock Store Australia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on www.roborockstore.com.au and will take effect immediately upon posting.
  9. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using a Roborock Store Australia Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
