By participating in the Roborock EOFY Trade-In Offer ("Offer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
This Offer is conducted by the Roborock Online Store ("we", "our", or "us"), an authorised distributor of Roborock products in Australia.
2. Offer Period
The Offer commences on the date it is published and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 30 June 2026 ("Offer Period").
All trade-in submissions must be completed through the official EOFY Trade-In Portal before the Offer Period ends.
The Trade-In Portal will close after this date and time. No submissions will be accepted after the Offer Period, including submissions made via email, social media, direct message, telephone, or any other communication channel.
3. Eligibility
This Offer is open only to individuals who:
• Are residents of Australia;
• Have a valid Australian residential address;
• Are aged 18 years or over; and
• Own the robotic vacuum cleaner being submitted for trade-in.
PO Boxes are not accepted for participation in this Offer.
We reserve the right to request proof of identity, ownership, residency, or address at any time.
4. Trade-In Limit
A maximum of one (1) trade-in submission is permitted per customer during the Offer Period.
Multiple submissions from the same individual, household, address, or customer account may be rejected at our discretion.
5. Trade-In Assessment
All trade-in units are subject to assessment and evaluation by us.
The value and acceptance of a trade-in submission will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to:
• Overall working condition;
• Functional operation;
• Physical condition;
• Cosmetic appearance;
• Completeness of the unit; and
• Evidence of excessive wear, misuse, modification, or damage.
Submission of a trade-in application does not guarantee acceptance into the Offer.
We reserve the right to reject any trade-in submission that does not meet the eligibility or assessment criteria.
6. Return of Trade-In Unit
Upon successful submission of the Trade-In Form, we will provide a prepaid Australia Post return shipping label.
Customers must:
• Securely package their robotic vacuum cleaner for transport;
• Attach the supplied shipping label to the parcel; and
• Lodge the parcel at an Australia Post location within the timeframe specified by Roborock.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the unit is packaged appropriately to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Trade-in units become the property of us upon receipt and will not be returned.
7. Trade-In Discount Code
Upon completion of the Trade-In Form, an exclusive discount code ("Discount Code") will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The Discount Code may only be redeemed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, email delivery failures, or any other circumstances that prevent receipt of the Discount Code.
8. Eligible Products and Savings
The Discount Code may be redeemed only against the following eligible Roborock products:

9. Redemption Conditions
The Discount Code:
• Is valid only for purchases made through RoborockStore.com.au;
• Cannot be redeemed through any other retailer, marketplace, reseller, or website;
• Is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash;
• Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases;
• May only be used once unless otherwise specified by Roborock; and
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotional code, coupon, voucher, cashback offer, or promotional offer.
10. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or invalidate any trade-in submission, Discount Code, or purchase where it reasonably believes:
• False, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided;
• The Offer has been manipulated or abused;
• Multiple submissions have been made contrary to these Terms & Conditions; or
• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or injury arising from participation in this Offer, except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
13. General
We reserve the right to verify the validity of any claim, submission, or purchase associated with this Offer.
We may amend, vary, suspend, or withdraw this Offer, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
Any decision made by us regarding the administration, interpretation, eligibility, assessment, or operation of this Offer is final and binding.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
