Terms and Conditions 

1. Promoter 

1.1  The promoter is 360 International Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 34 645 024 362) of Suite 401, 29-31 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista, NSW, 2153 ("Promoter"). 

2. Promotion Period 

2.1  The promotion runs from [00:01 AEST, 25th September 2026] to [23:59 AEST, 7th October 2026] ("Promotion Period"). 

3. Eligibility 

3.1  The offer is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. 

3.2  The offer is not available to resellers, wholesalers, or business bulk purchases. 

3.3  Employees of the Promoter and Participating Retailers are not eligible. 

4. Eligible Products 

4.1  The offer applies only to new purchases of the following products ("Eligible Products"): 

  • Roborock Saros 20 Flow Vacuum Cleaner Black (SKU: RR-S20F52-03-BLK) 

  • Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 Flow Vacuum Cleaner – White (SKU: RR-QE2F02-03-WHT) 

4.2  Refurbished, ex-display, second-hand, and grey-import products are excluded. 

5. Participating Retailers 

5.1  Eligible Products must be purchased from Roborock Official Website AU (link: https://roborockstore.com.au/) 

5.2  Purchases through third-party marketplace sellers are excluded unless listed in clause 5.1. 

6. The Offer 

6.1  Customers who purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period will receive: 

2 x 8.02.0471 - Washable filter (RRP $54.90 AUD) 

and 

2 x 8.02.0470 - Cleaning solution (RRP $39.90 AUD) 

 ("Bonus Item"), total valued at $189.60 AUD RRP. 

6.2  The offer is limited to these 4 Bonus Item per Eligible Product and unlimited per customer based on number of Eligible Products purchased. 

6.3  The offer is limited to while stocks last. 

6.4  If the Bonus Item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value. 

7. Returns and Refunds 

7.1  If an Eligible Product is returned for a refund, the Bonus Item must be returned unused and in its original, sellable packaging. 

7.2  If the Bonus Item is not returned, its value of $189.60 AUD may be deducted from the refund. 

7.3  Bonus Items that have not yet been fulfilled will be cancelled if the Eligible Product is returned.  (Redemption only) 

8. Warranty 

8.1  The Eligible Product and Bonus Item are each covered by their own manufacturer's warranty. 

8.2  Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights a consumer has under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

9. General 

9.1  The offer is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. It cannot be combined with any other offer, and does not apply to price-matched purchases. 

9.2  The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion only where circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise, subject to applicable law. 

9.3  The Promoter's decision on the validity of claims is final, acting reasonably. 

9.4  These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
