Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty

All Roborock machines (including but not limited to robotic vacuum cleaners, wet and dry vacuums and cordless vacuums) sold by Roborock Technology (Australia) Pty Ltd comes with a warranty. The details of the warranty associated with Roborock products can be found here.

Sometimes, it may be easier to contact the manufacturer to assist with troubleshooting or warranty queries. You can contact the manufacturer at: support-au@roborock.com with your purchase details, description and photos/videos of the fault

Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modifications, natural disasters, external causes, improper operation, normal wear and tear, physical damage, or water damage.
