A: Yes, the robot will clean the floor along its direction to minimize scraping against floor seams in fulcleaning or room cleaning. Please set up floor direction and enable “clean along floor direction" in the app for this feature to work.

Q: What does the S7 Max Ultra docking station do?
A: The S7 Max Ultra docking station supports self-empty, mop-wash and water tank refll features. Moreover, it has a buit-in drying module to help dry the mop cloth, washing sink and water filter, effectively prevent odor.

Q: How often do l need to replace the dustbag?
A: The dustbag volume is 2.5L which can hold debris up to 7 weeks, depending on the actual environment and run time. You can replace the dustbag every 7 weeks.

Q:Can l customize the auto drying duration on app?
A: Yes, there are three drying options on app: 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours. You can select the drying time according to your ambient temperature and humidity.
