A：
1. Pick it Up. The integrated rubber and bristle brush excels at picking up hair from carpets more effectively.
2. Gather It In. The V-shape design moves hair from both ends to the center as the main brush rotates.
3. Comb It off. At the same time, the JawScrapers Comb behind the main brush combsthe hair on the roller to prevent them from tangling as the main brush rotates.
4. Suck It In. The hair is collected to the middle ofthe brush, then sucked away through the vacuum inlet.

A：The mop will be wet first by the cleanwater in the tank before cleaning. During mopping, the vibration zones willvibrate up to 3000 times/min, effectively dissolves stubborn stains on the ground by high-frequent scrubbing.
